We collect personal data you voluntarily provide when registering for the Services, requesting information, contacting us, or participating in activities on the site. This may include name, surname, e-mail address and phone number.

Sensitive data: We do not process special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR).

When you browse the site we automatically collect technical information: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, visit duration. This data is necessary for site operation, security and internal anonymous statistical analysis.

Our servers are located in Europe (Germany). Any transfers outside the European Economic Area will take place only to countries ensuring an adequate level of protection (EU Commission adequacy decision) or by adopting appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).

Personal data is retained for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and in any case within the limits prescribed by applicable law. Navigation data is deleted within 12 months; account data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and for a further 10 years for tax purposes.

8. Minors
